    We currently distribute in more than 350 retailers across 30 countries as well in our Online Store . You can check our official retailers by clicking here. You can also contact us, through our form for further information or detail about your nearest store.

  • 03.I can't seem to find a product on the online store. Where can I find it?

    If a product is not found on our Online Store , it is most likely out of stock. However, it may still be available at your local Parafina Co retailers. Please submit a request and a customer service agent will respond to you shortly.

  • 04.How do I clean my Parafinas?

    We recommend you to use our microfiber pouch with or with water and specific professional sprays to clean the lenses.

    Shipping cost in our Online Store are free. Insurance and handling cost are also free.

  • 03.When will my order ship?

    All our orders are processed and shipped within a max. of 12 hours after purchase. Orders are usually delivered in less than 10 business days and an average of 3 working days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and on the following Spanish holidays:

  • 01.What is covered under warranty?

    Parafina Co® covers your sunglasses against breakage caused by defects in material and workmanship, detected in a period of 18 months from the date of delivery of the item. Scratches in the lenses is considered a common wear associated with the use, so it will not be covered under warranty unless you prove that the article has already had the defect at the time of delivery. Except in cases of diverse and express indications in this warranty policy, Parafina Co® makes no representations or warranties regarding the Website or any product you have purchased through it for any purpose, and expressly excludes any warranty expresses, such as any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

  • 02.How do I file a warranty claim?

    For general information about your product, please contact the Warranties and Repairs Centre for customers: Call us at: +34 910 837 466 (Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) or drop us an email at:; One of our agents will be happy to assist you in the identification of your order and establish guidelines in the application process of your warranty/repair.

  • 03.Can I file a warranty with you, even if I purchase my Parafinas at an official retailer?

    No. We currently only provide after-sales services to those who purchase their specs at our online store. Please note that you are fully covered too by our warranty but you need to file the warranty at the store where you originally purchase your Parafinas.

  • 04.Can a Parafinas be repaired?

    At Parafina Co we don’t repair any spec that present defect or alterations we directly replace your sunglasses or optical eyewear for a new pair. Here at Parafina Co all warranty claims are dealt with as promptly as possible. Most claims are completed within 5 business days, however, during peak retail seasons such as Christmas and back to school, warranty claims may take an additional 4 – 5 business days. We thank you for your patience.


  • 01.Looking to return or exchange your recently purchased Parafina spec?

    If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased on our online store, please fill out our contact form including the order number and we will get back to you shortly. Returns and Exchanges only apply to product that has been purchased from our Online Store.

  • 02.What is Parafina’s exchange policy?

    Parafina does not provide direct exchanges. Please see the Returns process outlined below for more information. You may place a new order Online Store at any time for a different item.

  • 03.What is Parafina’s return policy?

    Parafina product that is purchased online (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Parafina. Accommodate all the items in its original packaging, including any document or manual attachment that has previously received with the product – make sure the package is safe and its contents do not run the risk of being damaged during shipping. Remember to include the original packing slip! Enter the reference number that we have provided you on the outside of the package. Once the items have been returned in perfect condition, we will refund the price with the original payment method. The reimbursement will come to you within 14 days of receipt.

  • 04.Additional Information

    It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of any Parfina product. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service such as FedEx or UPS. All returned items must include the original packing slip as well as the RA (Return Authorization) number that was issued to you clearly printed on the Returns Form.
