How are Parafina Co shades made?

Every single one of our specs are handmade in natural and eco-friendly materials. Which are grown, recollected or acquired responsibly. Every single unit is toxic & allergic free.

Where can I find Parafina Co. in my city/country?

We currently distribute in more than 1200 retailers across 40 countries as well in our Online Store. You can send us an email at aloha@parafina.co and we will send you a list of official retailers near you.

I can't seem to find a product on the online store. Where can I find it?

If a product is not found on our Online Store, it is most likely out of stock. However, it may still be available at local Parafina Co retailers. Please submit a request and a customer service agent will respond to you shortly.

How do I clean my Parafinas?

We recommend you use our microfiber pouch with or with water and specific professional sprays to clean the lenses.

Looking to return or exchange your recently purchased Parafina spec?

If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased on our online store, please fill out our contact form including the order number and we will get back to you shortly. Returns and Exchanges only apply to product that has been purchased from our Online Store.

What is Parafina’s exchange policy?

Parafina does not provide direct exchanges. Please see the Returns process outlined below for more information. You may place a new order Online Store at any time for a different item.

What is Parafina’s return policy?

Parafina product that is purchased online (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Parafina. Accommodate all the items in its original packaging, including any document or manual attachment that has previously received with the product – make sure the package is safe and its contents do not run the risk of being damaged during shipping. Remember to include the original packing slip! Enter the reference number that we have provided you on the outside of the package. Once the items have been returned in perfect condition, we will refund the price with the original payment method. The reimbursement will come to you within 14 days of receipt.

Additional Information

It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of any Parafina product. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service such as FedEx or UPS. All returned items must include the original packing slip as well as the RA (Return Authorization) number that was issued to you clearly printed on the Returns Form.
